o Canceling Contracts: You can cancel any credit repair contract within 3 business days from signing without any penalty.

o Correcting Errors: You can notify the credit bureau in writing to dispute inaccurate information. They must reinvestigate and correct any errors. You can add a statement to your file if the dispute isn’t resolved.

This agreement is between Credit Absolute, LLC (the "Company") and you, our client, to provide credit-oriented services.

Introduction Welcome to the Credit Absolute family! We are dedicated to helping you correct inaccurate items on your credit report(s). This agreement outlines what we will do for you and what we need from you.

Step One: What We Need from You
To ensure you receive the full value of our services, please complete the following steps:

1. Read, sign, and return:

o Consumer Credit File Rights (Section 405 Disclosure)

o Credit Card Authorization Form

o This Agreement

2. Provide copies of:

o Driver’s license (current address)

o Social Security card

o Voided check

o Current utility bill (same address as driver’s license)

3. Help us obtain your initial credit reports from all three credit bureaus.

4. Pay all your bills on time.

5. Allow us to share data with referral partners if applicable.

6. Upload all correspondence from credit bureaus before your monthly reviews.

Step Two: Certified Credit Consultation

After receiving your documents, we will conduct a Certified Credit Consultation to review your credit reports and scores.

This comprehensive consultation includes:

o A detailed review of your credit reports from all three credit bureaus.

o An analysis of your credit scores and factors affecting them.

o Guidance on actionable steps to improve your credit.

As part of this consultation, we will also prepare and send your first round of dispute letters.

Your proactive participation and timely completion of these steps are crucial for us to provide you with the best possible outcomes.

We are committed to helping you achieve your financial goals through effective credit improvement strategies.

Consultation Fee:

o Individual: $299

o Couple: $499

Step Three: What We Do for You

1. Help you get credit records from all three bureaus.

2. Provide credit education materials and budget planning tools in your portal.

3. Prepare and submit dispute letters for incorrect items on your credit reports.

4. Additional dispute rounds if needed, with fees as described below.

5. Post resolved items to your portal.

6. Provide telephone and email support.

Step Four: Our Fees No fees are charged until after services are provided. Fees are:

o Additional dispute letters: $100 (certified)

o High Risk Deletions: $300 per item per bureau

o Low Risk Deletions: $125 per item per bureau

o Corrections: $50 per item per bureau

Other Terms and Conditions

1. We assist in achieving accurate credit reports but do not guarantee specific outcomes.

2. The agreement is a lifetime membership.

3. We may terminate the agreement at any time with written notice.

4. You agree to hold us harmless except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

5. The Private Client Portal may be periodically unavailable.

6. This agreement is governed by Arizona law.

7. Keep your credit monitoring active while working with us.

8. Do not opt out of our emails until your profile is complete.

9. Arbitration for disputes will be in Maricopa, Arizona.

10. The agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties.

11. You may cancel this contract within 3 days of signing without any penalty.
